Is it possible?
Government should pass the law and make sure all the citizens are involved in making the country go green
1. When a child is born, family will have to plant the tree.
When a person dies, family will have to plant the tree.
2. Than only municipality will issue the birth and death certificate to the family
3. The municipality in coordination with forest department will give the tree-sampling to the family and will show the place where to plant the tree.
4. Any government employee and the family if involved in corruption, than both are punishable as per law.
